We will first administer you anesthesia prior to your procedure. We will then either use a closed procedure where incisions are hidden inside of the nose or an open procedure when incisions are made across the narrow strip of tissue that separates your nostrils. We will be able to discuss your options prior to the surgery.
The first step in starting rhinoplasty is a consultation
We will then go through your incisions and gently raise the cartilage which allows us access to reshape the structure of your nose. For overly large noses, we reduce the size by removing bone or cartilage. Once the underlying structure of the nose is sculpted to the desired shape that we determined prior to surgery, we will redrape the tissue and close the incisions.
